Integrating various combinations of specialized machines, supported with ultra precise tooling and robotics, along with a highly trained and dedicated staff is our mission at MILCO. After all, what customer wouldn't want a faster turnaround time, optimum accuracy and cost effective prices? It is every shop owner's goal to provide this service to it's customers, Steve Miller, Owner of Milco Wire EDM, Inc./dba Milco Waterjet is one such shop of that caliber.

Celebrating our 27th year in the job shop industry, Steve Miller started his career as a Tool and Die Apprentice.  With his sharp intuitiveness and excellent foresight, Steve became even more fascinated with modern machining technology and the capabilities it brought to the manufacturing environment.  Having realized the extensive possibilities of Waterjet & EDM machining, he decided to follow his dream of starting his own business.

Our Goal

The simple, unifying goal at MILCO is to provide our customers with the fastest service, top quality, and best possible price, it has grown to become one of the leaders in the Waterjet & EDM machining industry. Although Steve Miller has gained great success thus far, he is still not one to rest. Passing the torch onto his two sons, Chadd and Chase Miller, allows MILCO to keep our traditions deeply rooted in experience, work ethic and knowledge. Having become very knowledgeable about the latest technology in waterjet cutting, he instantaneously recognized the possibilities of combining all of his EDM machines along with the waterjet in order to provide a full service machine shop.

Milco is a “State of the Art” facility and one of the most innovative around.  Our new 13,000 square foot building houses 11 CNC machines as well as 3 Water-jet machines. One thing that people notice when they come by our shop, is that they are made to feel valued. We work on projects that range from small runs up to much higher volume ones, but each client is treated with the same high standards and care

Milco Parts Flown and Tested In Space!

MILCO Wire EDM & Waterjet is proud to announce that SPACEX has awarded them a Falcon 9 Flight 2 Space Mission Patch. This patch was flown into space successfully and returned back to Earth. This plaque was hand signed by the CEO & CTO of the company Elon Musk. MILCO has been a certified supplier of flight hardware and mission critical parts for SpaceX since 2009.

MILCO wishes Spacex all the success in their recent Flights to the International Space Station with the Falcon and Dragon Rockets.
