Wire edm or electrical discharge machining is a highly accurate method of part production. The wire edm technology is essential for higher tolerance parts and repeatable tooling. Tolerances are held to ±.0002 inch in our temperature controlled facility. With the wire edm machining process we are capable of cutting all types of conductive materials, including exotic metals such as titanium, hastaloy, kovar, inconel, hard tool steels, carbide, etc. Achieving high accuracy and tighter tolerances is essential for many industries such as aerospace, medical, injection molding and tool and dies.
